The Public Sector Ethics Resource Series of CD-ROMs combines engrossing TV drama with innovative training, reference, and resource materials, to provide a consistent but challenging framework for ethical decision making in the public sector.
The Series supports training, management decision-making, skills training, policy development, and research in the rapidly developing fields of Public Sector Ethics, integrity management and corruption prevention.
Students can gain a powerful framework to support decision-making on ethical issues even when they don't have access to specialist trainers with expertise in public sector ethics.
Primarily intended for middle and senior managers, the Series provides a strategic approach to ethics management, and identifies the benefits to managers and the public of creating an ethical public sector. It balances the aspirational and disciplinary aims of integrity management with the claims of professionalism and the public interest. Materials
Each of the CD-ROMs in the set of five contains a different 12-minute TV-quality drama as a case study dealing with a cluster of realistic ethical dilemmas played out in a public sector environment. Each case study has two alternative endings to provoke thinking and discussion.
